worldwide pinhole photography day

In observance of the special day, I will not be writing a mind blowing post today. Rather, as I have never ventured down the path, I will be designing, creating and shooting my very own pinhole camera.

I, and all of you photographers and enthusiasts, for that matter, have until midnight to get yourself together to build and shoot one of these terrific cameras.

If you are not familiar with what a pinhole camera or pinhole photography is, be sure to exit this post and start googling how to be part of this cult form of photography.

I will sum it up by saying that you can use just about anything to make a pinhole camera. People have creatively made them from things such as actual DSLR bodies (my task today), bamboo boxes (as seen above), eggs and believe it or not, trash dumpsters! Be sure to hit each of those jumps to see what it is I am talking about.

Follow up post, with my experimentation results, soon to come.

Until next time...
